Dust off your sense of wonder and join the hospitality management program for the 27th annual Travel and Dining Auction, an evening guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds and transport you to far-flung corners of the globe.
The Travel and Dining Auction will take place from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan.
This year, the following destinations and experiences are part of the auction:
- Imagine this: You and your closest friends being whisked away to Seward, Alaska. With a motto like "Alaska Starts Here," you can bet on Seward, one of the oldest cities in the state, to be a top-notch snapshot of this charming yet wild and sprawling land. Alternatively, perhaps you envision visiting the Philadelphia Flower Show, the largest and oldest indoor flower show in the world.
- Beyond the ordinary: You and five of your friends can join K-State President Richard Linton and First Lady Sally Linton for a wine pairing dinner.
