Still need a class? UFM has one-hour-credit classes

UFM has new one-credit-hour courses starting Jan. 16. View the new classes with the other class offerings, and start enrolling now. 

New classes include: Beginner Tumbling, Back Handspring and Above, and Ninja Movement. 

Additional classes include: Woodturning, Online Yoga, Pole Fitness, Reformer Pilates, Pilates, Hot Pilates, Aerial Hammock Fitness, Aerial Hammock Stretching and Floor Flexibility, Aerial Silks, Hot Yoga, Men's Yoga, AcroYoga, Dance Fitness, Chair Dance Fitness, Trampoline Cardio, Lyra Fitness, Intro to Cross Fit, Intro to Powerlifting, Intro to Weightlifting, Marathon Training: 5k to a Half Marathon, American Cross First Aid/CPR, Beginning Bowling, Beginning Tennis, Tae Kwon Do, Women's Boxing 1-4, Co-Ed Boxing 1-4, Scuba, Women's Self Defense, Beginning Fencing, Meditation and Movement, and Archery.
