"I am thrilled and humbled to have an opportunity to serve our university in this new capacity," said Williamson. "I am excited to partner with our learners, faculty, staff and the broader community to advance the Next-Gen K-State strategic plan that prioritizes building a culture that fosters belonging and well-being on all of our campuses and the communities we serve."

Williamson earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and a Master of Science in counseling and student development, both from Kansas State University. He is currently completing coursework in the leadership communication doctoral program at K-State.
