Open option advisors offer drop-in hours for all K-State students
K-State students needing guidance or assistance related to advising, resources or general questions may use open option drop-in hours in the College of Arts and Sciences Center for Student Success and Engagement in 107 Calvin Hall.
Drop-in hours for the fall 2023 semester are:
- Tuesdays from 9:30-11 a.m.
- Wednesdays from 1:30-3 p.m.
- Thursdays from 2:30-4 p.m.
Open option drop-in advising can help students explore academic programs, understand academic curricula, identify current challenges, create a plan to overcome challenges, find university resources, understand GPA and institutional policies, and more. The open option advisors do not serve as primary advisors unless the student is enrolled in the open option program.
