New Staff Spotlight Award program announced
University staff leadership announces the launch of a Staff Spotlight Award highlighting staff members — university support staff and university professional staff — each month for their service to the K-State community. Anyone can nominate eligible employees. Student employees and faculty are not eligible for the award.
Please submit your monthly nominations using the online form.
Nominees will be reviewed by a university staff leadership committee of university professional staff and university support staff representatives. Winners will be featured in K-State Today and will receive $100 — minus applicable taxes — from the president’s office. Staff members can win this award once in a two-year period.
Future nominations will be due by the first of each month. The first winners will be announced in January 2024. Please submit nominations for January awards by Dec. 1.
The University staff leadership committee includes Linda Craghead, Regina Crowell, Kimm Dennis, Casey Keller, Sujatha Prakash and Mary Sullivan.
