Saucier to present 'Sustainable Excellence in Teaching' today

Don Saucier, university distinguished teaching scholar, professor of psychological sciences and faculty associate director of the Teaching and Learning Center, will present "Sustainable Excellence in Teaching" from noon to 1 p.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 23, via Zoom. The presentation is part of the Teaching and Learning Center's Professional Development Series.
Saucier will share recommendations about how to design and teach your classes in ways that make it easier for you to achieve teaching excellence and sustain your teaching excellence across classes and semesters. Throughout his talk, he will discuss practical strategies for infusing peace and empathy in your classes to make the experiences of teaching and learning more successful and fulfilling for both you and your students.
