Kyleigh Winn places fifth in nation at College National Finals Rodeo
Kyleigh Winn, member of the K-State Rodeo Team, placed second in the short round and fifth in the nation in the breakaway event at the College National Finals Rodeo.
She was nominated by the regional coaches and won the Patty Skogen Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a College National Finals Rodeo qualifier and women’s team member who exemplifies hard work and overcoming challenges.
The K-State Women's Rodeo Team placed 19th in the nation out of more than 100 teams, third out of D1 power five schools and first in the Big 12.
