Konza Prairie Wildflower Walk

The 2022 Wildflower Walk at the Konza Prairie Biological Station will be 6:30 p.m. Sunday, June 5.

Join guided hikes of the gorgeous Butterfly Hill Trail at the Konza Prairie. Each group of 10 people will be paired with a knowledgeable docent guide who will identify wildflowers and lead a 1.5 mile easy tour of the site.

Expect to see more than 50 different native flowering plants and get a view of the Flint Hills during a summer sunset.

No reservations needed. Guided hikes are $10 per person or free for members of the Friends of Konza Prairie. No pets allowed.

Call 785-587-0381 with any questions.
