Vogt certified as Autodesk Professional

Submitted by Mary Rankin

While attending Autodesk University in Las Vegas, Blythe Vogt, assistant professor of architectural engineering and construction science, gained her Autodesk Professional-level Certification on Auto CAD 2012 software.

The professional certification includes two performance-based exams  necessary to assess the user’s knowledge of the tools, features and common tasks in an Autodesk application. Benefits of the certification include validating skills and knowledge reliably, accelerating professional development, enhancing credibility within the specific application field, and advancing the education value to students in architectural engineering and construction science.

As a result of this accomplishment, Vogt will be included  in Autodesk’s Certified Professionals Searchable Database along with the name of Kansas State University as her employer.
