Health adviser service offered; worth five HealthQuest credits

Submitted by Jennifer Gehrt

Individuals who have already completed the Health Assessment Questionnaire may earn additional credits by making a quick telephone call to a health adviser who will review your results, help you understand your personal health risks and suggest programs and/or portal activities from which you might benefit.

The average conversation with a health adviser lasts just 10 minutes and can leave you with a better understanding of how to use HealthQuest resources to make lifestyle changes. To speak with a health adviser, call 1-888-275-1205 and select option six. Five credits will be awarded to your account automatically upon completion of the Health adviser call.

For more information about HealthQuest and requirements for a health insurance premium discount for 2015, see the HealthQuest website.
