Definitions of the Student Credit Hour Reports (1-12 Reports)

 

The Summer Report includes On- and Off- Campus Summer SCH and Spring and Summer rollover SCH.

The Fall Report includes fall 20th day On-and Off- Campus SCH. This report may include a few Summer rollover SCH.

The Spring Report includes spring 20th day On- and Off-Campus SCH and Fall rollover.

The rollover courses are any adjustments (additions or deletions) of student credit hours that occur after the 20th day. Most adjustments are the addition of courses registered and held after the 20th day enrollment date.

The Non-Base SCH include those courses taught during the Summer, Fall, or Spring semesters that are funded from self-generated funds (fees and tuition).

A description of each report follows:

 

Report 01 - On-Campus Current:

Reports SCH generated data for classes taught On-campus during the current term (by department and class level; LD, UD, GI, and GII).

Report 02 - On-Campus Rollover:

Summer Report: Provides SCH generated data from Rollover classes taught on-campus prior to the 1st day of the Summer term and beginning after the 20th day of the Spring term. (Spring and Summer Rollover SCH are included).

Fall Report: Provides SCH generated data from Rollover classes recorded between the 19th and 20th day of Fall.

Spring Report: Provides SCH generated data from Rollover classes taught on-campus prior to the 1st day of the Spring term and beginning after the 20th day of the Fall term.

Report 03- On-Campus Total:

Sums the SCH data provided in first two reports. Report 01 + Report 02 = Report 03 (On-campus SCH Generated).

Report 04 - On-Campus Line Schedule:

Provides a class listing with 20th day enrollment figures for each current term class taught On-campus.

Report 05 - Off-Campus Current:

Reports SCH generated for classes taught Off-campus during the current term (by department and class level; LD, UD, GI, GII), for each college.

Report 06 - Off-Campus Rollover:

Provides SCH generated data for Rollover classes taughtOff-campus (by department and class level).

Report 07 - Off-Campus Total:

Sums the SCH data in Reports 05 and 06 to provide an Off-campus SCH Generated Report.

Report 08 - Off-Campus Line Schedule:

Provides a class listing with 20th day enrollment data for each current term class taught off-campus.

Report 09 - Intersession Total:

This is blank because KSU no longer offers a May intercession.

Report 10 - Off-Campus Total:

This report is the same as Report 7.

Report 11 - Rollover Total:

Sums the data from the two Rollover Reports (Report 02 and Report 06) to create a SCH Generated by Rollover Courses Report.

Report 12 - Grand Total:

Total SCH Generated Report. Total SCH generated for the term as reported to the Board of Regents.
