Facilities and Administrative Cost Rates
K-State’s Facilities and Administrative Cost, or F&A, rates are currently in effect through June 30, 2028; however, new federal guidance on F&A cost limitations may require federal sponsors to apply different rates or caps. PIs should consult the funding opportunity and their program officer, and investigators should work with the Office of Sponsored Programs, to confirm the appropriate F&A rate for each proposal.
