Lens epithelium and alpha crystallins.Imaging services include conventional TEM, light microscopy (PH, DIC, bright field, dark field), fluorescence microscopy, LSM, time series, z-series, tomography, FRAP, FRET, cryo-electron microscopy, and electron diffraction.
