History

Kramer Dining Center provides eating accommodations for both the Marlatt and Goodnow Halls. The "center" was named in honor of Martha Kramer, a beloved professor in Home Economics. She taught in the area of Food Economics and Nutrition for 30 years and later became Assistant Dean.
