Advisee Scores Tab
The advisee scores tab displays test scores such as ACT, SAT, Math Placement scores and others. The Common area displays only the highest advisee scores. The scores tab includes all advisee test scores including English Language Proficiency.
- All advisors have access to test scores.
- All test scores in an advisee record are shown.
Filtering:
Test Results can be filtered to control which test information you can see. You can apply two filter conditions at the same time.
- Filter-data by - select the grid column you wish to filter by.
- Operator - the comparison criteria.
- Value - the value your are filtering.
Buttons:
- Filter - runs the filter conditions selected.
- Show All - shows all test results and clears the filter conditions.
Test Results:
The Test Results grid displays one row for each test result shown.
- Test ID - identifies the test name.
- Test Component - identifies test component.
- Test Score - displays the numeric score for the specific test.
- Letter Score - if available, displays the letter score received on the test.
- Percentile - displays the advisees test score ranking.
- Test Date - indicates when the test was taken.
- Acad Level - academic level/grade of the advisee when the test was taken.
- Data Source - indicates where the test score was received from.
- Date Loaded - displays the date the test score was loaded into KSIS.
