Event Registration Forms

All registration forms with an event with alcohol present are due to the Office of Greek Affairs by 5:00 pm on the Tuesday before the event.

All events where alcohol is present require a guest list 48 hours prior to the event.

Alcohol Free event registration forms are due 24 hours prior to the event.
