Multicultural Greek organizations
K-State is home to eight traditionally African American fraternities and sororities that are a part of the National Pan-Hellenic Council; one Latina sorority; one Latino fraternity; and one local sorority. All of these chapters recruit through a process known as intake or membership review.
Traditionally African American organizations
These chapters primarily consist of African American students, but are open to all K-State students. They recruit through the intake process. Contact the chapter directly for information on how to join.

National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC)
Locally, the traditionally African American Greek organizations are governed by the National Pan-Hellenic Council. The council consists of representatives of each fraternity and sorority.

Traditionally Latino/a organizations
These chapters primarily consist of Latino/a students, but are open to all K-State students. They recruit through the intake process. Contact the chapter directly for information on how to join.

National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO)
Nationally, Sigma Lambda Gamma Sorority and Sigma Lambda Beta Fraternity are members of NALFO, an association that consists of several Latina sororities and Latino fraternities.
Local Christian sorority
K-State is home to a local Christian sorority that is not affiliated with a national organization. Beta Sigma Chi was founded in 2005 and recruits through the intake process.
