Viewing the membership recruitment database

To view the recruitment database.

(Only available for those chapters eligible to recruit.)

  1. Log in to ICS by clicking Chapter, then entering your chapter’s username and password.
  2. Click Recruit Management Tab
  3. Click " Active recruits."  This page will show PNMs whom have applied/shown interest in recruitment. Click view to see more information.
  4. Click "Legacy List." This page shows each chapter their legacy list as reported by the PNM.
  5. When a recruit accepts a bid electronically via the ICS system, the PNM will be reported to Greek Affairs, removed from the PNM database and be automatically appear as an “Associate” member on the chapter’s roster.
