Leadership conferences
MGCA
The Mid-American Greek Council Association exists to stimulate the growth and development of college fraternity/sorority councils by promoting leadership and educational experiences for student leaders at colleges and universities. Annually, K-State Greek leaders travel to the regional conference to learn, network, and compete for awards.
Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute
UIFI is a five-day coeducational experience that focuses on personal and chapter values, leadership development, team building, and the art of building community. This values-oriented institute develops momentum toward positive changes throughout the entire Greek community.
LeaderShape
The LeaderShape Institute is an intensive, energizing, six-day educational experience designed to equip young adults to become extraordinary leaders. Each session of the LeaderShape Institute is comprised of approximately 60 to 70 students from diverse ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds. Dynamic, challenging, and exciting, the week is intended to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants.
