Important notes about international travel

• If you will be traveling outside of the U.S., please make sure you are familiar with K-State’s International Travel and Activities Policy.
• You MUST complete International Travel Registration with K-State’s Office of Risk and Compliance.
• You might find it helpful to review a recording of an open forum that explains the policy and the international travel registration process.

Please review the travel funds disbursement page prior to travel for steps to receive your travel award.

Recipients

Beginning January 2026, recipients will not be posted on this page. GSC travel funding applicants will be notified directly by email about the outcome of their application.
