Electronic submission
All K-State graduate students are required to submit an electronic version of their thesis, dissertation, or report. The Graduate School does not accept paper copies.
Open Access
Electronic theses, dissertations, and reports (ETDR) submitted by K-State students are openly available through the K-State Research Exchange (K-REx) and are indexed by Google, Google Scholar, and other search engines.
PDF
PDF is the required format for submitting an ETDR, but students have the option of including additional files, such as audio, video, datasets, etc. along with their PDF file.

This site provides detailed information on ETDR formatting requirements, templates for writing your ETDR in Word and LaTex, guidelines for using Word and troubleshooting problems, a checklist for submitting your ETDR, and much more. Use the menu on the left to access specific information.
