Position Paper
- Financially support HB 2916 (State of Kansas New Pay Plans):
- Continue to fund the market-based increases
recommended by the Division of Personnel Services in conjunction with the
Hay Group.
- Increase the public university operating grant to adequately
fund year 3 of the state pay plan.
- Continue to fund longevity bonuses for all eligible employees.
- Maintain and fully fund the existing KPERS retirement system for new
and current employees.
