Technology Entrepreneurship Program
Through the Technology Entrepreneurship Program, K-State offers a unique specialization that educates graduate students interested in the creation, protection, and commercialization of innovation. The two year program was developed to provide select students pursuing their graduate degrees with classroom and real-world exposure to all aspects of technology development and venture creation.
The internship involves rotations in three departments - the Advanced Manufacturing Institute (AMI), the Office of PreAwards Services (PAS), and the Institute for Commercialization (KSU-IC). AMI assists entrepreneurs in bringing new products to market while the university's creative and scholarly activities are supported through PAS. KSU-IC helps with the start-up and expansion of technology-based, high growth enterprises and licensing patents developed by K-State.
