Office of Institutional Equity

Office of Affirmative Action to transition to Office of Institutional Equity

As we continue to advance our vision and goals for K-State 2025, strategic and transformative leadership is necessary. Effective July 1, 2014, the Division of Human Capital Services is consolidating and integrating the human resource functions and services offered in the Office of Academic Personnel, Office of Affirmative Action and Division of Human Resources. The elevated level of service that results will take the development of our faculty and staff — K-State's greatest resource — to new heights.

NEW: Anti-Discrimination Training

The Office of Institutional Equity is pleased to announce anti-discrimination online training to be completed by all faculty and staff on an annual basis beginning this fall semester.  As a member of Kansas State University, we are all responsible for knowing and complying with the university’s policy prohibiting discrimination. The goal of this training is to assist supervisors, administrators, faculty, and staff in understanding the University’s policy and expectations for reporting incidents that may violate the Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Violence, and Stalking (PPM 3010). For further details regarding the training completion timeline, see K-State Today.
