Kemper exhibition: 'Apples and Such' by Connie Fitzpatrick

8 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekdays, through Jan. 21, K-State Student Union's Kemper Art Gallery. Fitzpatrick, a freshman at K-State, has been influenced by many artists from the Hutchinson and Wichita areas, where she was introduced to the method of using a credit card as a painting tool. This style, among others, will be shown in several pieces of her work.

Chang exhibition: "In and Out of Place" by Dylan Beck
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekdays, through Jan. 29, Seaton Hall's Chang Gallery. Beck, an assistant professor of art at K-State, will exhibit his sculpture, which explores the phenomenon of suburban sprawl and the built environment in the American landscape.

Beach exhibition: 'Recreating Oz in Comics'
This exhibition, a collaboration with K-State's English department, is an exploration of the ways in which artists have adapted the Oz story to the comic book form. The exhibition features the work of artist, writer, and Oz historian Eric Shanower and Marvel Comics artist Skottie Young. On display through Jan. 31.
