Technology Development Institute

The Technology Development Institute works with businesses of all sizes, from entrepreneur-owned organizations to Fortune 500 companies. It provides a team of experts as well as student interns to advise in engineering, product design, manufacturing and business.

Building History

The Technology Development Institute serves a wide array of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, aerospace, consumer products, agriculture, food, chemicals, plastics, bioprocessing, equipment and machinery. The Institute also promotes collaborative research between companies and faculty members at K-State. Furthermore, it operates a regional office for the Mid-America Manufacturing Technology Center (MAMTC), which offers technical assistance to manufacturing companies throughout the region.
