The conference will offer a variety of food options. The menus are provided so that guest can determine any alternate dietary needs. Please be sure to indicate on your registration form if you have any special dietary requirements.
Breakfast: Fruit Salad, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, Toast, Coffee and Fruit Juice.
Lunch: Mexican Buffet Hard and Soft Tacos, Seasoned Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Salsa, Sides of Rice, Chips and Chili con queso.
Evening Reception: Silver Dollar Ham and Roast Beef Sandwiches, Maple Glazed Cocktail Sausages, Swedish Meatballs, Chicken Drummettes, Cheese Tray, Gourmet Crackers, Vegetable Tray with Ranch Dip, Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip; Chip with Sour Cream Dip, Cookies and Coffee, Tea and Punch.
