The K-State community is known for coming together and making things happen, and yesterday was an incredible example of that.
More than 23,000 eID passwords were reset between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. yesterday.
Thank you to all who took action — and for your patience throughout the day. And thank you to the diligent staff at the IT Service Desk for working so hard to assist the community.
23,000-plus password resets in a single day required both dedicated service and incredible patience, and this university community should be very proud of what was accomplished together.
