Submitted by Communications and Marketing

America's romantic piano sensation is coming to Kansas State University's McCain Performance Series. Jim Brickman will perform at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 11, in McCain Auditorium.

Part of The Romanza Tour, the performance will feature a variety of Brickman's trademark solo piano selections, as well as his humor and warmth. Musical pieces to be performed at the concert include "Valentine," "Love of My Life," "If You Believe," "Never Alone" and more.

"Jim Brickman is a real crowd-pleaser," said Todd Holmberg, director of McCain Auditorium. "He has a loyal Midwestern fan base as he has appeared in several Kansas communities on multiple occasions. However, this will be his first time at McCain so we are expecting an incredible turnout for a very entertaining evening."

With the introduction of pop-style instrumentals, Brickman has revolutionized the sound of solo piano, and his concerts create a musical celebration for audiences seeking an escape from the demands of everyday life.
