Select Multiple Advisees

The KSU Advisor Center allows advisors to select multiple advisees on which to perform bulk operations.  Each advisee has a row in the My Advisees list.  The left most column of each row contains a check box.

• The advisee is selected if the check box contains a check mark. 
  
  
• The advisee is not selected if the check box is empty. 
  
  

Select or deselect advisees in the My Advisees list for Bulk operations functions using the following steps:

1. Click the check box in the first column to manually select or deselect advisees.
   
   
   
   OR
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Deselect All button above the My Advisees list to deselect all advisees displayed.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Select All button above the My Advisees list to select all advisees displayed. 
   
   

Notes

• When returning from a bulk operation, all selected advisees are deselected automatically.
• When using a Group or a Filter to choose advisees, all advisees shown are selected automatically.
