Once enrolled, if you wish to be removed from our mailing list of participants, send your request to pseele@oznet.ksu.edu. Print, complete, and mail this form with your check to cover shipping expenses. We will send you your package of buttons by first class mail as soon as possible. When your child is interested in writing an essay or poem or creating a drawing about courage and heroism, examine the submission form.
