Your Childhood Misbehavior
Recall a situation when you misbehaved as a child. Remember the circumstances as vividly as you can. What did you do? Why did you do it? How did adults react to what you did? Did you feel understood? What did this experience teach you about being a parent? Share your ideas with someone who can be a good listener.

If you are keeping a journal, record the underlying reasons for some of your misbehavior.
