[reflection]
Oops!
Nobody is perfect. A common, reasonable assertion that most of us try to ignore at times. Of course we are going to make mistakes. One of the more frequent types of mistakes we can make are based on responding before thinking. Can you remember a couple of situations when you wished you could back up time and change how you responded to a child? Most of us can. More than just a few for myself.

Every mistake can be a good teacher, though. For each of your oops, what lesson is there for you to learn? What will it take for you to put this insight into action to prevent a similar mistake in the future?

If you are keeping a journal, describe some of the lessons you learned from your mistakes.
