World AIDS Day is a day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic that is caused by HIV. Sexual Health Awareness Peer Educators, or SHAPE is teaming up with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Resource Center and Kansas Department of Health and Environment to bring K-State students a plethora of information on this subject and free HIV testing that is quick, easy and painless.

Professionals from Lafene Health Center and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment will be conducting the free testings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 30 in Staterooms 1 and 2 of the K-State Student Union. Please stop by the SHAPE booth at the Union by the food court on Nov. 29-30 if you have questions or if you'd like to sign up to get tested. Remember that awareness is key to living a healthy life.  This event is sponsored by Sexual Health Awareness Peer Educators, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Resource Center, and Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
