Chilean pianist Paulina Zamora to present recital Saturday, March 23

The K-State Music Teachers National Association Collegiate Chapter will present a recital by Chilean pianist Paulina Zamora. The recital is at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 23, in All Faiths Chapel and features works by Bach, Mozart and Debussy.

Zamora holds degrees in piano performance from the Eastman School of Music and the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. She has appeared in festivals such as the Ernen Musikdorf and Lausanne Music Festival in Switzerland, the Banff Music Festival in Canada, and the Chautauqua Music Festival in New York.

Zamora has performed live on National Public Radio and the Swiss-French Radio. She is a sought-after collaborative pianist and has concertized with many distinguished musicians around the world, including cellist Janos Starker, with violinist Corey Cerovsek, and flutist Jacques Zoon.
