Brazilian pianist to perform at All Faiths Chapel

Cristina Capparelli, professor of piano at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre, Brazil, will perform a solo piano recital at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, at All Faiths Chapel.
The repertoire of the concert includes piano compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach, Claude Debussy, Fryderyk Chopin and Heitor Villa-Lobos. Capparelli will teach a public piano master class for K-State and area piano students at 5 p.m Sept. 8 in Kirmser Hall.
