K-State Confucius Institute begins new semester of Chinese classes

Submitted by K-State Confucius Institute

The K-State Confucius Institute is again offering noncredit, practical Chinese language classes in spring 2018.

The classes range from beginner to more advanced levels. Anyone interested in learning the language may contact the Confucius Institute office at confucius@k-state.edu or call 785-532-3680.

Students will be placed in appropriate classes based on their Chinese language skills. The institute will work with students on scheduling and each 12-class session is $120.

The institute also offers regular Sunday Chinese classes for youngsters, from 2-3:30 pm. The new session will start on Sunday, Jan. 21.

Students also may register for the Chinese language courses through the UFM website.
