Career meet-up for students interested in wildlife and natural resources

Submitted by Ana Landsverk

The Career Center will host a free networking event for students wanting to connect with employers in the wildlife and natural resources fields. The Wildlife and Natural Resources Career Meet-Up will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Nov. 9 in the Berney Family Welcome Center.

Undergraduate or graduate students from any major who want to learn more about careers in the field or are looking for full-time, part-time or internship opportunities should plan to attend.

Attendees should wear business casual attire and bring multiple copies of their resume. Before attending the event, students should prepare a 30-second introduction and prepare questions they can ask potential employers.

For more information about the event or preparing a 30-second introduction, please visit the Career Center website.
