Cameron Thies to present lecture on foreign policy rhetoric of populism

Cameron Thies, professor and director of the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University, will present "The Foreign Policy Rhetoric of Populism: Chavez, Oil and Anti-Imperialism" at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 27 in 301 Calvin Hall.
