Chet Peters Lecture Series speaker today

The 2017 Chester E. Peters Lecture Series presents Adam Peck as this year's featured speaker.

Peck will present "Engagement and Employability: Integrating Transferable Skills into the Complete College Experience" at 10 a.m. Friday, April 14, in Forum Hall in the K-State Student Union. The lecture is free and open to the public. 

The event also will be streamed live if you are unable to attend.

Peck has served as assistant vice president and dean of student affairs at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, since 2008 and has been a student affairs practitioner for more than 20 years. He is the author of more than 20 scholarly articles, five book chapters and has presented more than 100 national and international webinars. He served as editor and co-author of the newly released book, "Engagement & Employability: Integrating Career Learning Through Co-curricular Experiences in Postsecondary Education"
