Lafene Health Center offers CPR and basic life support training

Submitted by Julie Gibbs

The health promotion department at Lafene Health Center offers CPR and basic life support training in two easy steps.

The first part is completed entirely online through the American Heart Association. The second part is a skills session, which can be done by appointment with one of the department's trained instructors.

The certification, or recertification, process is quick and easy. You will receive your electronic certification card after the skills session. This card will be good for two years.

To find out more information and to get signed up, visit the Lafene Health Center website or call 785-532-6595.
