Ag Council to host AgFest Week April 9-13
During the week of April 9-13, the College of Agriculture Student Council and clubs and organizations in the College of Agriculture will be hosting "AgFest." This week-long celebration includes activities and events to promote agriculture as well as bring students, the campus and community together.
Schedule of Events for AgFest 2012:
Monday: Alpha Gamma Rho and FarmHouse BBQ - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Weber Hall Lawn); Speaker, Dr. Scott Vernon - 6 p.m. (Weber Arena)
Tuesday: Cowboy Olympics - 6 p.m. (Weber Arena)
Wednesday: Kiddie Barnyard – 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Weber Arena)
Thursday: Kyle Park Concert featuring Rusty Rierson- 9:30 p.m. (Longhorns Saloon) Tickets $15 sold at Longhorns Saloon starting April 5; $20 day of the show.
Friday: Sigma Alpha Dodgeball Tournament - 6 p.m. (Rec Complex)
