Students needed for hunger study

Submitted by Miranda Klugesherz

K-State researchers seek participants for a study on college students who experience hunger or food insecurity. It is estimated that 1 in 3 students will experience hunger or food insecurity at least once in their university career.

To qualify, students must have, since August: skipped one or more meals due to lack of money or access, and/or have had to seek help from a supplemental resource such as a food bank or government assistance program.

Please email Miranda Klugesherz at mklugesherz@k-state.edu or call or text 719-205-8774 for more information or to participate.

This project has been reviewed by the University Research Compliance Office and has received approval No. 8325.
