Graduate student health insurance enrollment
Are you a graduate teaching assistant, graduate research assistant or graduate assistant appointed to a 0.5 full time equivalent position — or combination of positions — and working at least eight consecutive weeks in the fall semester?
If so, please remember to enroll for United Health Care coverage by Aug. 31, for retroactive coverage beginning Aug. 1. Should you not enroll by Aug. 31, you may still enroll, but coverage will not become effective until your enrollment is received by United Health Care.
