Learn all about an international symposium in China, organized by the U.S.-China Center for Animal Health at Kansas State University, that brought together global partners from the U.S., China and Europe to discuss veterinary education.

A short video is now available about the International Symposium on Veterinary Education, which took place in Qingdao, China, in October 2014. The U.S.-China Center for Animal Health partnered with the Chinese Veterinary Medical Association and Zoetis, a global animal health company, to host the symposium.

It was attended by senior executives of the American Veterinary Medical Association, China Scholarship Council and Zoetis, as well as deans from more than 25 Chinese, American and European veterinary colleges. The meeting provided insights into the veterinary medical educational systems in China, U.S. and Europe, and unveiled the achievement of international collaboration on veterinary education in China.
