LEAD 212 students to host food collection at local grocery stores

As part of an engaged learning experience, students from LEAD 212: Introduction to Leadership Concepts will be collecting food and donations for the Flint Hills Breadbasket in Manhattan and the Geary County Food Pantry in Junction City to make spring food baskets.

Students will be at Dillon's West, Dillon's East and Ray's Apple Market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 12, in Manhattan. 

Students will be at the following stores in Junction City:

  • Dillon's:
    • 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 12
    • 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, April 13
  • Walmart
    • 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 13
