Student Alumni Board seeking applicants
Do you want to show your passion for Kansas State University? Apply for the K-State Alumni Association’s Student Alumni Board.
Student Alumni Board is an enthusiastic group of about 35 students whose primary goal is to promote K-State. These students are involved in a variety of programs including Wildcats Forever, Grad Bash, Distinguished Young Alumni Awards, and alumni and student-recruitment events.
Candidates undergo a three-step selection process that includes an application screening, a faculty and alumni interview, and an interview with current Student Alumni Board members. Students selected to join remain on the board until graduation and have responsibilities on one of the board's standing committees.
Interested students may attend an information session at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 28 in the K-State Alumni Center’s second-floor Tadtman Board Room or visit www.K-State.com/SAB.
The application deadline is midnight Feb. 5. Apply online.
