Maintain Don't Gain

Paul Sandburg, Alere Onsite Health promotions manager; Steve Martini, director of K-State recreational services' and Julie Faust, wellness communications coordinator, HealthQuest, will present a session on the Maintain Don't Gain wellness challenge from 10:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 9, at the Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex.

In addition to highlighting this program, Sandburg will provide fitness tips. Martini will talk about the fitness opportunities for faculty and staff offered at the Recreation Center and Natatorium. Faust will provide a brief overview on the new credits and rewards program required to receive a health insurance premium discount of $480 beginning in 2013.

This event would count as a HealthQuest approved activity worth two credits for the new Rewards Program. To earn credits, participant should complete the self-report form on the wellness portal at KansasHealthQuest.
