Division of Facilities central mail services administrative officer recipient of Excellence in Management Award
Jay Henning, administrative officer for the Division of Facilities central mail services, was the recipient of the 2013 Excellence in Management Award at the National Association of College and University Mail Services conference July 14–17 in Austin, Texas. This award is for excellence in management of an in-house mail operation through operational improvements resulting in cost savings and/or avoidance, management practices and personal growth. Henning merited this award based on his leadership when central mail services assumed delivery of all incoming USPS mail for the university, residence halls and the Jardine Living Community.
