Park management and conservation faculty member delivers keynote address
On June 15, Ted T. Cable, professor of park management and conservation, delivered the opening keynote address at the International Interpretation Conference in Sigtuna, Sweden.
In recognition that 2013 is the European Year of the Citizen, Cable spoke on becoming a better world citizen through the interpretation of nature and culture.
This conference was co-sponsored by Interpretation Europe and the National Association for Interpretation. Heritage interpreters and interpretive planners from 40 countries attended the conference.
